Bob’s Lodge

Welcome to Bob’s Lodge

Sleeps 6 in the Lodge + Additional 2 in the Dome

Bob’s Lodge is a unique, spacious newly built and architecturally designed two-story house, cantilevered off a bank – so you enter on ground level and walk through the lounge out of the trifold doors on to a magnificent elevated tri-deck area overlooking a field of grazing sheep.

The main deck area has plentiful space for alfresco dining, hammocks, wooden ergonomic sun loungers, charcoal pizza oven and gas barbecue.

Leading off the main deck is a bridge to a further deck built around a willow tree, which houses a huge geodesic dome and enclosed within is a super-king sized circular bed and telescope for a spot of star gazing, where you can marvel at the wonders of the night sky and universe while drifting off the sleep.

The second lower deck houses a brand new six seater hot tub with Bluetooth to play your favourite tunes and colour changing lights, with a champagne bucket not too far away.

There’s a 4 meter slide that takes you into your private garden (and also steps for the less adventurous). The garden area is equipped with a double sun lounger and a selection of children’s toys to keep them amused (and buy you some ‘bubble time’ in the tub).

With a large ground floor king size bedroom and downstairs bathroom with full-size bath and power shower over the bath, this property is ideal for people less mobile or travelling with elderly relatives.

The ground floor of Bob’s Lodge has an extremely spacious open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. The lounge has plenty of comfy seating and 43” SMART TV, DVD and WIFI speaker for entertainment on cosy nights in and binoculars to spy the wildlife that frequent the garden including a heron, woodpeckers, ducks and an abundance of hungry moorhens.

The curved kitchen is equipped to the highest standard with built in electric oven, gas hob, microwave, combined washer and dryer and fridge (there is a small freezer situated in the cupboard next to the kitchen).

A welcome basket is left for all guests staying in the Bob’s Lodge, including milk, fruit and delicious cake.

The kitchen window overlooks the ponies Stan and Queenie grazing in the paddock and further in the distance you view the famous battlefield landmark of Edgehill.

The stairs (retractable stair gates built-in at the top and bottom) from the hallway lead to the second floor, with a breakout area for little people at the top with a huge well stocked toy box, comfy children’s sofa and armchair and their very own TV with built in DVD player.

There are two spacious first-floor bedrooms – one twin and one double – both with seating areas and plenty of wardrobe space.

The roomy upstairs bathroom has a walk in shower, full sized bath and heated towel rail.

Bob’s Lodge has LPG powered under floor heating downstairs and radiators upstairs which can be controlled with thermostats throughout.

Minimum two night stay and any day check-in available.

There is a 20% discount for week long bookings or longer, which will automatically be deducted when you book directly on our website.

Guest Book

  • Stop looking right now and book this studio cabin. Its just perfect. The tranquillity, the style (its more chic living than log cabin), the comfort (multiple options for places to relax), the hosts (truly helpful with a massive info guest book and a hugely detailed check-in email). Just do it. It will be awesome. I will come here again (if its ever available to book)

  • The tree house and the location were fantastic. The accommodation was presented to a very high standard with stylish décor. Everything had been considered and catered for all we needed was food (though coffee tea sugar milk butter bread and cake! Were already supplied) these basics were very thoughtful.

  • We had a wonderful stay in the tree house and it surpassed all our expectations! The house is finished to a superb standard. We loved the hot tub and enjoyed eating breakfast on the patio area. There were lots of personal touches such as a yummy cake, which we really appreciated! A fantastic and fun stay. We will definitely be returning! Thank you Joanne!

  • Will’s Treehouse was utterly amazing, from start to finish we really enjoyed ourselves. This was a surprise trip for my partners birthday, I’m so pleased I chose this lovely place. The layout of this beautiful holiday home is perfect, inside and out. The little touches outside like the hammock and swinging chairs made the whole experience that little bit quirkier. Our favourite part was relaxing in the sunshine in the hot tub. Our son enjoyed his time here too, he loved the trampoline and the farm animals too. We will definitely be back for sure! Thank you again and for our celebratory prosecco as well! Hannah Kyle and Theo x

  • The treehouse is a perfect little hideaway, definitely recommend. The house itself is stylish, very well appointed and spotlessly clean. There are so many little finishing touches that make it really special. The outside area is wonderful, so many different ways to make the most of it whether it's reading in the hammock, having a drink at the table or relaxing in the hottub. We'd love to visit again.

  • A fantastic place to relax in a location designed to spark the imagination. The wife and I absolutely loved it, as did the kids. Very well located for day trips (we did Compton Verney and Warwick Castle). Accommodation this unique is hard to find and Jo and Steve are fantastic hosts.
